Our clinical decisions are grounded in the latest peer-reviewed research from the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), and the Academy of Osseointegration. We do not recommend treatment that is not clinically indicated.
Conservative First Approach
We believe in preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible. When a filling can restore a tooth, we will not recommend a crown. When a crown can save a tooth, we will not recommend extraction. Minimally invasive dentistry is our default.

Patient Safety Is Non-Negotiable
ID Wellness Dental follows strict infection control protocols that meet or exceed the standards set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry.
Autoclave Sterilization
All reusable instruments are sterilized in a Class B autoclave after every patient use. Sterilization logs are maintained and monitored weekly with biological indicators.
Single-Use Disposables
Needles, gloves, suction tips, and all single-use items are discarded after each patient. We never reuse items that cannot be properly sterilized.
Barrier Precautions
Operatory surfaces are covered with disposable barriers between patients. All high-touch areas are disinfected with EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants.
